Die Hochzeit (The Wedding)

The main reason/great excuse for me to come to Germany was to support a very good friend of mine and be a bridesmaid in her wedding. It was the most beautiful ceremony and again, the scenery just took my breath away. Die braut (or bride) looked absolutely stunning and I was so happy to be apart of the wedding. As most of you know I am normally working weddings, always behind the camera and worrying about capturing the moment, so it was such a relief to enjoy the moment and celebrate with good people.

I will say, it was definitely not an American wedding, but in good ways. Some differences: cake first, lots and lots and lots of alcohol (I mean lots), games, singing, and much much more! I had so much fun and also so much to drink!! Here are a few of my fondest memories from the day:

This was such a cute idea! We had so much fun taking pictures with that frame!!

Fellow bridesmaids

The end of the night, if that tells you anything...

Carla and Sebastian, you are both amazing!! I wish you all the best and congratulations on your marriage!
